Founded in 2022, KC Billing Specialist is a dental patient billing and insurance billing company based in the US. We handle all things billing so that our clients team can focus on building their relationships with patients, improving their practice, and putting their passion for dentistry to work. We take our clients' pain out of working with dental insurance and collecting funds. This ensures that their staff's focus is always on their patients. We know that patients are what drive increased performance to their practice, which is why we take pride in taking some of the load off their staff so that they can continuously improve relationships with patients.
About the Role
The Billing Representative will handle end to end insurance claims of our clients. He/she will maintain updated records and prepare required documentation to support the insurance claims. He/she is expected to provide excellent customer service when working with customers and dental clinics to resolve insurance claim issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to other problems related to medical claims.
